HENRY (SOLD AT THE SCOTTISH BEAR FAIR 2011)
Hares
We have made two “native” or British hares as a part of a series prototypes for an edition to come.

Henry is made from a large number of different fabrics, the main one of which is a Schulte natural coloured faux fur contrasting with a 30mm white mohair for his chest and tail, and 12mm brown mohair for his paws, all of which have 3D pads. His head is made from a 12mm dark brown and a 12mm beige mohairs, combined with ivory and mid brown alpaca for each side. His nose has been covered with very short pile dark brown mohair and a very short pile synthetic has been used for the inner ears and his ears are wired. Henry has large dark brown eyes. He has a total of 6 joints (2 in the neck) and will sit and stand.
There are subtle differences between Harry and Henry – Henry has longer legs, bent at the knee; a total of 8 joints as he has a wrist joint in each front paw and subtle airbrushing around his eyes to produce a more natural effect.

1/1 (35cm/13.75in not including ears)
